Most items may be Exchanged or Returned for a refund within 7 days of date received. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned orders.

RETURNS
Returns must be in best condition for a resale including box and must have our red or white price tag on the exterior of the shoebox. Your name, contact info, and order number as well as your reason for return or exchange item(s) should be placed in writing and should be sent with your return. Next you should go to your shipping provider (Fed Ex, UPS or USPS) and place the merchandise into another box (so the box can still remain in its condition) and ship to our address listed below. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Credits will only be issued to the charge card used in the original order.
